How to Cook: Deep fry frozen kofta in preheated oil (170–180°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Can also be grilled or cooked on a pan with a little oil on medium heat, turning occasionally, for 12–15 minutes.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
